Old value:: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, but is illegal in government-owned buildings.
Current: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, but is illegal in government-owned buildings.
Proposed: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.

Message | Hey I just realised what the proposed was. I think thats a fair compromise. Smokers can smoke in pubs but in other places they should go outside. I think that is a fair enough way that the smokers have their way in one place and non smokers have their way in others. |

Message | 1 vote in it. It seems smokers are favoured because they pay more taxes. Sure who gives a shit about the individual who has to work alongside some one sucking on their precious stick. I thought that Libertarians were to fight for the rights of the individual? What about the individual who is forced to move because of someone elses habit? |
