Message | Mr Speaker, hopefully the CEP will be able to compromise and support this Act, which will do something to increase the quality of debate in this chamber. The problem, Mr Speaker, is ensuring that we do not cut the quota too far, as there is a definite correlation between a low quota and an increase in the inactivity of political parties. We must ensure that this does not occur. This figure, I believe, is an ideal one. |
