Bill: Nationality Act (2889)

Details

Submitted by[?]: Fortunato's Fascist Formation

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 2890

Description[?]:

This bill will see that only those born in this country or to nationals receive nationality. To grant nationality based on passing a test is completely absurd. All immigrants will not face deportation for they have been grandfathered into the system contrary to the Conservative-Libertarian Party's popular belief. Immigrant's children have every right to be here for they were born in this country.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
