| The Goverment of the Theocratic Kingdom of Drania and the Party of the Light propose, that we officially will do business with the organisation called Haven Worldwide. More details can be found below. "Popular Movement Union: Hello Im Haven Augustus,CEO of Haven WorldWide, a international private security company,which provides nations with a wide range of divisions. If you are interested or want to learn more,please read below,or message me. Since time immemorial, Private Military Companies (PMCs), Private Security Companies (PSCs), defense contractors, and firms in adjacent sectors play growing roles in support of state defense and multilateral reconstruction strategies. From weak states to emerging markets, these types of firms are also critical in raising and maintaining levels of security in unstable but economically important areas of the world. Ongoing global instability fosters a demand for private military and security services in areas of counterterrorism and homeland security too. Into the 28th century, PMCs and PSCs are becoming increasingly important in the fight against drug trafficking organizations and organized crime. By consolidating an expert sample of hyperlinks pointing at sources and aspects inherent in trends towards the privatization of defense, security, and peacekeeping and reconstruction, Haven WorldWide has been a key source of information for those participating in the debate about these topics and PMCs and PSCs. Heaven WorldWide and The Signatories, AFFIRMING the need for the continued maintenance of national security, ACKNOWLEDGING the importance of national security and enduring connection between the well-being of the people, WISHING to enhance their logistical, informational, and tactical advantage over its adversaries, RESOLVED to provide the people the necessary security for the maintenance of their society and well-being, CONVINCED of the importance of strengthening and diversifying the power of the guardians of peace and tranquility, RECOGNIZING that Haven WorldWide can provide the necessary support needed to safeguard peace in the area, CONVINCED that the signing of this contract will provide the Signatories with the peace of mind and security necessary to improve their living conditions, HAVE RESOLVED to sign this contract on full faith and honor. The following Articles apply to this contract: Article 1- Haven WorldWide, upon finalizing of the agreement, will provide training of troops, all the Divisions described on Article 4, assist the signatories in battlefield, if necessary. Article 2- The Signatories agree, upon finalizing of the agreement, to pay Haven WorldWide a fair and previously agreed to compensation package for their services. Article 3- Ratification of this Treaty does not hold Haven WorldWide accountable for the provision of services unless a previous agreement that includes a compensation package is discussed. Article 4- Haven WorldWide will provide the following Divisions (not all inclusive, based on previous agreement). Descriptions are not complete and shall not be used to hold Haven WorldWide liable for the omission of services not previously agreed to on the agreement. Other services might be provided at the discretion of Haven WorldWide or with previous agreement between Haven WorldWide and the Signatories : ---Non-Battle Affiliated *Haven Training Center Haven WorldWide Training Center offers tactics and weapons training to military, government, and law enforcement agencies. Haven TC also offers several open-enrollment courses periodically throughout the year. From hand to hand combat (executive course) to precision rifle marksmanship. They also offer courses in tactical and off road driving. *Haven Target Systems This division provides and maintains target range steel targets and a "shoothouse" system. *Haven K-9 Training canines to work in patrol capacities as war dogs, explosives and drug detection, and various other roles for military and law enforcement duties. ---Other Divisions *Haven Aviation Specializing in airborne surveillance, security operations, surveillance systems, operation of unmanned aerial vehicles, and other aircraft related operations, including maintenance and maneuverability of fighter jets. *Haven Engineering Construction and demolish *Haven Logistics Specialization on modern warfare techniques, including bio-terrorism and cyber attacks. *Haven Maritime Solutions Maritime law enforcement. ---Battle Affiliated Divisions *Haven Black Ops Spying and other highly classified operations not available for public release. *Haven Spec Ops Unconventional warfare and counter terrorism. *Haven Armored Vehicle Division *Haven Recon Division Intelligence collection and analysis. *Haven Infantry Division http://metalgear.wikia.com/wiki/File:MIDDLEEASTREDZONE_3.jpg Conventional warfare operations. *Haven Security http://metalgear.wikia.com/wiki/File:SOUTHAMERICAVISTAMANSION_4-1.jpg Provides security to officials, installations, and trains local police. Haven WorldWide shall not be held liable for any cancellation costs if the Signatories breach the contract agreement. With the money we receive from leasing Fort Queluz to our dear friends and allies from NATO, we can pay Haven Internation to work with us in improving our national defense.
