Message | Mr Speaker, We support articles 1, 2, 4 and 7. However, we oppose articles 3, 5 and 6. We will abstain from this bill but would support a version excluding articles 3, 5 and 6. We ask the Falanges to leave this sort of bill up for debate in the future. I yield. |
