| Message | We voice agreement with the VLP's sentiments. The treaty as it stands seems to merely be words of support, however. Any requirements of military force would have to go through another round of negotiations. We pray that merely voicing our support will be enough to move the hearts and minds of the governments of Luthori and Alduria. |

| Message | Noble members of the Valruzian legislature, this treaty will have no effect whatsoever on the actions of Luthori and Alduria except to worsen relations with the signatories of this treaty and the aforementioned countries. Alduria and Luthori are currently engaged in negotiations with Mordusia regarding a dispute the three countries had. The talks are progressing well and a mutually beneficial agreement is imminent. This treaty was created by the Lodamun foreign ministry with the aim of disrupting talks and causing violent actions to be taken. Luthori values its relationship with valruzia and thus kindly asks the members of this legislature to oppose this treaty, which would only damage relations between our two countries. -Luthori Foreign Ministry |
