Message | The GPA has been a believer of the presidential form of government, wherein the President serves as both the head of state and head of government. However, recent events seem to have revealed a fault in the system. Before we would vote on this bill, we would like to know first what type of government is expected upon passage of this bill? Is it a presidential form of government? A parliamentary form of government? Or a semi-presidential form of government? |

Message | If history is anything to go by it depends on the President. MLP Presidents tended to be very domineering and so we still had a Presidential form of government regardless of who was PM, William Fletcher on the other hand favoured the Supremacy of Parliament. The degree to which power is devolved depends on the personality of the President |

Message | After much deliberation, the GPA have decided to vote YES. We hope, however, that this constitutional amendment would pave the way for a semi-presidential form of government, in which both the president and the prime minister will serve active roles as executive officials of Aloria. |

Message | I vow that if our party holds prime minister we shall be active. We are not ones to throw responsibility to the ground. |
