| Colleagues, As an answer on the Act provided by the LP, we whish to propose the following bill to the National Forum. Article 1 - 12 proposals a year as 1 proposal/month Article 2 - As asked by a majority in the National Forum, including my party, we want to lower the max. proposal quota a party can accumulate in order to prevent bill spamming (OOC) and enforce debate to carefully handle every done proposal (IC). |
