MessageMadam Speaker, ratifying this treaty will allow Hutori hospitals to exchange organs with Telamonese ones, greatly improving healthcare on both sides of the border.

MessageMadam Speaker, we oppose this bill primarily on national sovereignty grounds. It limits what this Parliament can propose and agree upon and allows decisions to be made outside of this country. Furthermore, this will create a costly system that the taxpayer will have no further say over. Madam Speaker, perhaps most worrying of all is the transnational database that would be created through this treaty. It would lead to our citizens' details being much more open to abuse and accessible by more people. Madam Speaker, this would be letting down our citizens and their security.
