| The Independent Socialist Alliance propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Democratic Republic of Aloria. The Alorian people have given us their money in taxes in exchange for goods and services. This Act will improve health care, our education system (which has recently grown massively), improve infrastructure, protect the environment, invest in scientific advancement and create jobs |

| Message | Right now the surplus is 125,159,239,360 ALO with the amount you are putting to spend our suplus will be down to 1,159,239,360ALO. That is an alarming drop to do that. You want more money for education do so in a reasonable matter. With the tax reform you passed revenue went down, we didn’t like it but voted yes. With this however our surplus drops way to fast. It is wasteful spending that you want to spend money like that. |

| Message | Also, we have to be prepared for a crisis at any time. We might have a pandemic break out, or more attacks from the ANL. We might be under attacks from other groups. We should have money in our surplus to be able to send that to departments who need it under an emergency without having to go to the people and saying we have to raise taxes again, more on lower class, more on the richer class. It is the money of the people we have to be smart in spending it and having a surplus of only a billion to use as emergency funds is not going to be good. |
