MessageI think the name change wouldn't be that simple. Changing it to a "Federal Congress" might lead to a charter change, because it appears to change the system of government from parliamentary to semi-presidential (or another form of government which we have not considered).

OOC: This eventually leads me to wonder what type of government do we have. Is this parliamentary or semi-presidential? I think this is something we need to clarify first.
