This bill aims to provide partial regulation to the viewing of movies in theaters by letting the government provide a set of standards in the viewing of such movies.

The standard shall be as follows:
GP - General Patronage (Suitable for all ages)
PG-13 - Parental Guidance for 13 years old and below (Mmild violence; slightly strong language; some content may not be suitable for children; children below 13 should be accompanied by an adult)
R-13 - Restricted for 13 years old and above (Moderate to high levels of violence; graphic scenes; moderate sexual content; strong language; only those 13 years and above may watch)
R-18 - Restricted for 18 years old and avove (Very high levels of violence; very strong language; very graphic scenes; high sexual or pornographic content; only those 18 years and above may watch)
