Message | "Land mines are not a sufficient tool of warfare, especially modern warfare, and it's greatest cause is after the war. Many children, and people in general, have been killed, injured or encountered a land mine after the war, or after the battle has taken place, perhaps even years later" |

Message | The army knows more about the use of land lines than us in congress. |
Date | 05:41:14, May 13, 2010 CET | From | National Socialist Party (PCA) | To | Debating the Ban of Military Use of Land Mines in Warfare Act of 2937 |
Message | Actually, both the military and Congress equally know the dangers of the post-war effects of land mines. |
Date | 05:46:19, May 13, 2010 CET | From | New Aloria Party (NAP) | To | Debating the Ban of Military Use of Land Mines in Warfare Act of 2937 |
Message | Are the people in congress fighting in the war? The reason we proposed this law was because the army had a better idea to use this than us since they were fighting in the war not members of congress. They knew where to use them and when to use them. It is a choice the army should have yes we all knew the dangers of land mines but we feel the army should have the choice. I might have put an add on with the bill we passed for this, I will check if I did. |
Date | 10:34:28, May 13, 2010 CET | From | Free Democratic Party | To | Debating the Ban of Military Use of Land Mines in Warfare Act of 2937 |
Message | War is conducted for political ends at the direction of the institutions of state. It's an abdication of responsibility for us to just say "leave it to the army". That being said, I would like to have some clarification about the extent and scope of this ban. |
