MessageJust because someone who was acxused and never convicted does not make them innocent, like mob bosses.

MessageThe reason that we support this is that people who are accused sometimes guilty but either it get off because of a technicality, good lawyer, or not enough evidence. Plus also if a crime is committed and the DNA does not come from a convicted person database it might come up in a database of someone accused.

It is not imposing taking the DNA of every citizen which is something we oppose, but this takes us in a right direction to fight crime.

MessageIf they are innocent they are innocent. Their DNA will stay on record, you guys turn this into something like it will false charge them with a crime.
