Bill: Redefinition of the nature of the Solentian welfare-State
Details
Submitted by[?]: Utilitarian Party of Solentia
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2953
Description[?]:
The Utilitarian Party of Solentia is strongly opposed to a ruling, regulating always-present paternalistic State. It is our belief that Solentians would best enjoy their freedom of choice and of living if several amendments to the law happen. We ask for the progressive removal of the welfare-State and we want the opinions here discussed to serve as guidelines for a future reform. |

Message | The CPS, as the true champion of Conservative free economics, obviously supports. May I suggest we begin by cutting an already underfunded national healthcare system? CPS Chairwoman Andrea Bryant OOC: :P |

Message | While nobody wants the nightmare of a big brother state which is overregulating in every aspect of our daily life, the SDP can not and will not support the idea of a state without welfare. Welfare is defined as the striving to promote the basic well-being of individuals in need. Are you really ready to abandon those people in their ill fortune? Are you really ready to abandon this basic sign of compassion and this fundament of morale our state is traditionally built upon? |

Random quote: "Ask the experimenters why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally okay to experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal experimentation rests on a logical contradiction." - Charles R.
