| The Socialist Party of Padrilika, regional section of the PSPZ, has decided to declare the independence. We, the PSPZ will SUPPORT the whole independence process as it wants to constitute a free state within the Commonwealth. We, the People of the DPRP, have decided the following: Article 1 - State of Padrilka is constituted as the Democratic People's Republic Padrilka in all the territory controlled by the former Regional Government, controlling, as well, the Army, the Economy... Article 2 - The DPRP recognises the power of the supranational government over our Nation but reserves its right to independence. We want our government to be recognised by the Commonwealth in order to evade a violent conflict. Article 3 - The banner of the Commonwealth will be in every govenment institution with our National Flag as a symbol of friendship. |

| Message | This effort is a direct violation of the Treaty of Poesy which cites that the territory of the Commonwealth shall include all five regions, including Padrilka. Padrilka's independence would require an amendment of the Treaty and the King-Emperor certainly does not consent to this amendment. Padrilka would thus be considered to be in rebellion and the King might have to intervene militarily to put down this rebellion if it persists. |
