| Upon passing of this act of parliament, 1) The House of Victoria shall hold no titles belonging to the House of Yisserles 2) An Independent heir of the House of Yisserles is to be located by any means possible 3.1) If no heir can be found then the House of Orange-Villayn shall be recognised as the Holy Jewish Monarchy 3.2.1) If no heir can be found then the House of Orange-Villayn shall be recognised as the Holy Talmorian Monarchy 3.2.2) The power to grant such has been granted this authority by the House of Yisserles 4) All ties shall be severed with any nation ruled by the House of Victoria |

| Message | 1. Titles of Sarah Yisserles VIII go down to her children as this is expected family inheritance. Even so, changes to either House is outside the jurisdiction of Yishelem's government. 2. Good luck with that. Nobody bothered to record it in the archives, and btw the Christian Zionist Party has just as much claim to the Yisserles as you do if not more. 3. The House of Orange is already recognized as the Monarch of Yishelem present day. Are you saying that George III should be Jewish or that George III should share this throne with a pretender who happens to be Jewish? The title to Talmoria is outside the jurisdiction of Yishelem. And this legislature does not have the authority to govern the House of Yisserless as this goes against RP law stating that players control their own characters, not legislatures. 4. You can only sever titles that belong to Yisheless which don't even exist as the House of Victoria through Sarah Yisserles does not have a title to Yishelem, merely a claim to a title which the wiki states as being in "dispute." |

| Message | 1. This parliament is denying Sarah's inheritance and in her family's name is taking her Talmorian titles as well with consent of the Talmorian Asli Power Movement. 2. (OOC: The CZP controls their own branch which does not even hold any IML-recognised titles. My branch at least has recognised regional titles.) 3. (OOC: I control my own branch of the House of Yisserles, I am proposing this bill to legislate my own characters) This parliament is acting in the position of the Sanhedrin to rule the Empress Sarah unfit to be HaMalka. George III is recognised a by the Sanhedrin as a Holy Christian Monarch who has complete control over the Christians of any nation over which he rules. If the Sanhedrin cannot find a suitable Holy Jewish Monarch, then the Ruler of the Jewish Homeland is next in line and that would currently be George III. 4. Sarah is having her titles which are held undisputed removed by an act of Parliament and her Holy titles are being removed by an act of Jewish law which must be certified by a Holy Jewish Monarch and a court of Jewish law representing the world's Jews. |
