| Upon passing of this act by the Holy Council of the Commonwealth and by the Great Sanhedrin, 1) The House of Victoria shall hold no titles belonging to the House of Yisserles 2) An Independent heir of the House of Yisserles is to be located by any means possible 3.1) If no heir can be found then the House of Orange-Villayn shall be recognised as the Holy Jewish Monarchy 3.2.1) If no heir can be found then the House of Orange-Villayn shall be recognised as the Holy Talmorian Monarchy 3.2.2) The power to grant such has been granted this authority by the House of Yisserles |

George III is the Head of State of the nation at current, however we are discussing the Kingdom of the Jewish People not of the State of Beiteynu and Yishelem.
