We must treat all people according to their skills, not their gender, sexual preference, age, etc. Article 1: Both men and women are allowed to work anywhere they are willing to work and are hired. Starting salaries shall be the same for both men and women, and salary increases shall be based on skill and tenure, and increases based on tenure shall be the same for both men and women. Article 2: Divorces are legal with mutual consent and/or in cases of adultery and/or domestic violence/abuse by either partner. Article 3: Teachers may not strike children and/or verbally abuse them; only non-contact punishments, such as detentions, suspensions, expulsions, etc., are allowed. Article 4: Either partner in a marriage may file for a divorce in cases of adultery and/or domestic violence/abuse. Article 5: All married couples may adopt children. Singles may not adopt children. Article 6: A terminally-ill patient may choose to willingly end their own life, so long as their treating doctor guarantees there is no chance of recovery. Article 9: Any two consenting adults may obtain a civil marriage. Article 10: Consenting adults may privately engage in any sexual relations with any other consenting adults. Article 11: Would-be parents are required to take a test to gauge their ability to care for a child. If they fail the test, they must take a free course on parenting. If they refuse to take the test, they are allowed to keep their children, but are watched for incompetence. Article 12: Public nudity is illegal. Private nudist colonies and private nudist beaches are allowed, but must be marked clearly as such and must be adequately fenced from the public. |
