Details

Submitted by[?]: Rutanian Restoration Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2965

Description[?]:

We at the OP propose the following, that the regulation of smoking and sale of tobacco products is devolved to the local and regional governments. Government closer to home is more effective, representative government. If the people want regulation of tobacco, then let them have it in their city or region. Do not let us here in Hayek what is best for the whole nation.
