Government closer to home is more effective, representative government. If the people want regulation of tobacco, then let them have it in their city or region. Do not let us here in Hayek what is best for the whole nation. |

Current: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in all places of employment.
