Message | We beliee adoption should be handled by private companies. We like article 2, though. |
Date | 23:52:40, November 10, 2005 CET | From | Farmers' Militia | To | Debating the Adoption Reform Act |
Message | Nope. If anything, article two needs to be harsher, allowing only heterosexual couples to adopt. |
Date | 09:05:29, November 11, 2005 CET | From | Ecotopian Party of Kalistan | To | Debating the Adoption Reform Act |
Message | Hmm, I will have to wander off and have a think about this one. It certainly has merits, but I also have many single parent friends who have themselves said to me that raising a child alone is incredibly hard work and they feel as if their children may have missed out on something by not having two parents. I actually prefer the ancient ideals where children did not belong to parents, but to the whole tribe. We will consider the matter. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
