Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 2991

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

It is in the best interest of all Indrala that we implement a universal higher education system. We must ensure that all of our nation's qualified students are able to proceed into higher education from their secondary schooling, without the worries of financing for tuition.

Under our proposed policy, their finances would only have to go towards supplies, transportation, and housing. Transportation, depending on the type they use, may already have a subsidized cost. And as for housing, that would be the only case of which they may need financial aid.

As stated, our college-bound students would have no more worries for tuition costs. Without this worry, we open up our universities to more students and we open up our workforce to more college educated potential employees. With a universal higher education system, we can place Indrala at the top of the world in intelligence of our people and students!

We yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

While we are proud of our support of education at all levels, could the Qinmindang possibly support a program where low income and students who have obtained scholarships but not enough to cover full tuition, excluding those who can pay for tuition and still live comfortably, are subsidized? We simply feel that those who have money should pay for their own schooling.

We yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We feel it is vital to provide this opportunity to all of our college bound students, with no special regard for income.

(also refer to bill description which I just added)

We yield.
