Message | This is good. We agree to this as long as it is not as lame as "Prime Minister." |

Message | Isn't "chairman" a gender neutral word? Or do you refer to His Majesty? Anyway, we support this bill. |

Message | "Chairman" is essentially still male, which is why "chairwoman" exists. A gender neutral version would be "chairperson" of simply "chair", but I don't think either of them would be good for a title. "Presiding Minister" isn't exactly ideal either, an alternative would be "President of the National Executive Council", similar to the "Presidente del Gobierno" in Spain or the Italian "Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri". |

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
