Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The lyrics of the national anthem.
Old value:: My father's father saw it not, and I, belike, shall never come to look on that so-holy spot -- that very Polykratos. Crowned by all time, all art, all might, the equal work of Gods and Man, city beneath whose oldest height -- the race began! Soon to send forth again a brood, unshakable, we pray, that clings to Kalopia's thrice-hammered hardihood -- In arduous things. Strong heart with triple armour bound, beat strongly, for thy life-blood runs, age after age, the Empire round -- In us thy Sons. Who, distant from the Dinaric Mountains, loving and serving much, require thee -- thee to guard 'gainst home-born ills, The Imperial Fire!
Current:
Νίκη και Ελευθερία - Victory and Freedom Kalopian: Θνητοί! Luthorian: Mortals! Listen to the sacred cry: "Freedom, freedom, freedom!" Listen to the sound of broken chains, The big hearts of the world They have now opened their honored throne. And the free people of the world answer: "We greet the great people of Kalopia!" "We greet the great people of Kalopia!" Victory covered the Kalopian warrior With its beautiful wings, And the tyrant is ashamed in this respect with defamation left, And above the wings of glory the people rise The worthy throne of their great majesty. |
Proposed:
Children of Kalopia, Kalopia has awoken, Lead us to victory, Let one flag and hope gather us all Children of Kalopia, arise! The resounding cry of independence Is heard at the first light of dawn, Children of Kalopia, arise! Let us unite and love one another, Union and love, The hour has struck For us to join together, Who can defeat us? Children of Kalopia, arise! The resounding cry of independence Is heard at the first light of dawn, Children of Kalopia, arise! Kalopia, we shall love! Kalopia, we shall defend! Kalopia, my shield and my spear. |
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The national motto.
Old value:: 'Νενικήκαμεν' "We have won"
Current: Freedom or Death
Proposed: Una ut Unus

Message | I made that nation flag, but I noticed after upload that our motto is the two-headed eagle. So, if you are in support of the new flag but want it to have two heads - I can change that and see what it looks like. Una ut Unus stands for Together as One. The majority of us are not Greek, so I see no point in keeping a macron in our nation's name. |

Message | Im not in support of a new flag, i like our current one. I like that motto. The NATION is greek, hence the name. |

Message | So you're in support of the motto? I definitely want a new one - and you want to leave the macron in the name? I'll wait a bit for other opinions. |

Message | I'm going to add the anthem from Kalopian People's Party's bill, since he no longer belongs to this nation. |
