Bill: Last Bill of Reverend Abraham Smith
Details
Submitted by[?]: Farmers' Militia
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2142
Description[?]:
Dear Kalistani Parliament, I'm convinced that my crusade is useless. When I press issues to save the collective soul of the nation, I lose votes. When I play the sniveling moderate to get a few minor things passed, my votes go up. The people are beyond hope. The corrupting influence of this unholy body has not had a good effect on my faith, so I am announcing my retirement. I plan on retiring to a monastary in the mountains, leaving behind the evils of society. The leadership of the Farmers' Milita will go to someone who should be able to carry on the religious morals of the party, Jeremiah Torenson. He's been a rising star in our political party, and by far our most politically oriented member. If only he were a preacher instead of a politician, the way he uses words would convert many of the common folk. He will carry on our religious agenda. I really do hate you EPK and LCP, and I look forward to watching you burn in hell from my spot in paradise, Rev. Abraham Smith |

Message | I'm terribly sorry for forgetting you PPP. I hate you too, it's just that the EPK has taken over your spot as the biggest idiotic, tree hugging, pothead liberal. You're still the idiotic liberal, but not the idiotic, tree hugging, pothead liberal. Terribly sorry. OOC; I was just kinda sick of the character. Just got tired of filling the role. Going for a mix of the moralistic approach, but more moderate and less hateful. Too opposite to my OOC character to say all that stuff. |

Message | Oh Reverend, I wish I could say that I am sad to see you go. But this idiotic, tree hugging, pothead liberal couldn't piece the words together. Let me just say that the experience of working with a hypocritical, moralistic, autocratic fascist has been a pleasure beyond words. :-) |
