Message | This again? We went over this already. Workers only go on strike for good reasons, since they are risking losing pay on the end of the month. Strikes are things that take lots of time ot prepare, it isn't like ''oh, I feel like striking, lets all do it!'' If teachers are going on a sympathy trike for the steel workers union, it means that things are really bad, because why else would they be conscious enough to do it? People aren't inherently evil, they don't want to wreck the economy, and going for a strike is usually a last resort when their rights are threatened. The ''People's'' Party always tries to take these small steps towards oppression. Maybe it's name should be changed to Conservative Party, or Regressive Party? |
