Message | The hard reality of this bill is the fact that due to our lack of agreement on a new Taxing proposal and our current high Corporate Tax rate we are unable to come up with the funds to maintain the previous Budget proposal. Due to this the SNP against its own will sees the need to balance this budget as top priority and as such across the board cuts had to be made even in area's that we feel more money should be alloted. As it stands we have still left the majority of the money in the hands of Education and Health based areas followed by our Trade and Industry areas. The major hit areas where our Military Spending and Environment and Tourism areas. With this new proposal we will be finally in a surplus of $1,704,845,125.00 COB for the year. Despite our wants to increase spending or maintain spending we can not do such we must first control spending and then we can work on bringing up our economy. Signed, Fredrick Fulknor Sovereign Nationalist Party Chairman |

Message | We can not maintain a large army and expect our citizens to worry about where their next meal will come from. We are in a state of peace and therefore the Military budget is in need of cutting. We are willing to admit that should a war break out we will be forced to increase the budget greatly but otherwise we have no need for a military force that is able to invade a country when we are not in the habit of doing so. |
Date | 23:18:11, May 11, 2011 CET | From | Conservative Party of Cobura | To | Debating the Budget proposal of October 3118 |
Message | The newly elected government is currently working on a budget that shall cut fewer jobs, while balancing the budget with a slight surplus. This will lead to a slow, but effective, cycle of paying down Cobura's debt without sacrificing as much as this proposed budget. |
