| Effectively immediately are the following articles: Article I - All Armed Forces of Dorvik are to be pulled out of combat against any forces in Darnussia. Article II - An immediate ceasefire with the majority, officially recognized government of Darnussia. Article III - Further peace talks within the coming months with the majority, officially recognized government of Darnussia. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, In war there are always casulties. The Original Plan was not us fighting amongs other humans. There is sometimes the need to use armed forced to protect the innocent againts tyranny. The Christlich Partai is not, however, been made aware of this type of need in Darnussia, therefore internal matters of a sovereign state should be left to them to solve. Mr. Speaker, we do hope that Dorvik is able to give away humanitarian aid, if requested by the Darnussian government or if the situation turn dramatically to the worst - without any particular request. |

When it became apparent that our troops were intervening to support what seemed to be a revolution, our position has always been to stop the war. |
