| This is a constitutional change and will only pass with a 2/3 vote. Provisions. §1 Coalition Vote - Every Party in the coalition government can - between every general election (currently 72 months) - call for a Coalition vote on two of their Bills. This Bill must consist of two or less articles or else people will stockpile their votes for one massive Bill with a huge number of articles. §2 Coalition Vote - can be asked ONLY for proposals where that Party holds the ministry. §3 If a party votes NO to a Coalition Vote the Coalition Government should resign. This will lead to a new Cabinet being formed or possibly a general election. If the votes of one of the coalition's members is not needed to get the proposal through in a coalition vote, the party is free to abstain, however if the bill is lost then a new government must be formed |
