Message | Also, if thats your argument that the President is the one who is elected therefore they should get the power. If thats the case, then why don't we just make this an elective totalitarianism and let the President control everything? After all the finance minister wasn't elected, nor was the foreign affairs minister, neither was the defence minister and so on. |
Date | 09:10:41, June 19, 2011 CET | From | Popular Union | To | Debating the Removal of Prime Minister |
Message | This is a Semi-Presidential nation and therefore the executive SHOULD be separated between the Prime Minister and the Parliament. We strongly oppose this move towards Presidentialism. |
Date | 14:58:09, June 19, 2011 CET | From | Democratic Union Party | To | Debating the Removal of Prime Minister |
Message | We agree with this proposal! Centralized government is the way to go. |
Date | 20:50:44, June 20, 2011 CET | From | New Aloria Party (NAP) | To | Debating the Removal of Prime Minister |
Message | The President should be head of the executive branch not the prime minister, the prime minister is never elected and is having to much power. This is just making the President a figure head. |
