Proposed: The government subsidizes higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs.

| Message | Education should be one of our highest per capita expenditures. Only by increasing the amount of citizens with higher education (if desired) can we expect gains in private industry. This especially affects people in the science and tech industries. We are currently running a surplus on our budget and using some of that money for education is an investment in the future of our country. |
