Bill: National Anthem In Schools Reform

Details

Submitted by[?]: Social Democrats Union

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 3145

Description[?]:

By making them not "sing" the national anthem does not mean it is never played in the school. It just means that kids don't have to sing it if they don't want to whenever its played. They can sing if they want, but we don't need to drill it into them.

MessageI think that at the start of the day people should be reminded what this country has brought to them on the working backs of others who have lived before them. Honoring the country is well worth this time. If they don't want to sing as a matter of protest, that is their right. We are against this change.
