| This bill aims to grant citizenship to an Alorian national without having to undergo a qualifying exam. Under this bill, citizenship shall be attained by one of the following conditions: (1) Jus soli - Under this condition, an Alorian is granted citizenship if he or she was born in Aloria. (2) Jus sanguinis - Under this condition, an Alorian is granted citizenship if he or she was born by one or two Alorian parents. (3) Naturalization - Under this condition, a foreign national is granted citizenship if he or she pledges allegiance to Aloria. (4) Acquired qualification through exam - Under this condition, Alorians who had passed the qualifying exam prior to the execution of this law are automatically granted citizenship. |

| Message | We would like to clarify that there is also an existing policy regarding nationality which states: "Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality." As such, we seek to have this citizenship policy proposal coincide with the current nationality law. |
