Message | What could the Unionists possible find wrong with this proposal? This is a proposal that will benifit the nation by reducing government costs on tuition but still covering those most vulnerable, while there should be common sense regulations on private universities. -Grace S. Lough LUC Education and Culture Minister |

Message | "The Ministry of Education supports our own higher education institutions. During my time in office, I have visited many of them. I will not stand by and watch you close them for financial profit nor end the universal subsidy. We are one of the most well-funded department in this country yet you would have us run our services as paupers. We shall be starting a Save our Schools campaign, to protect them from your destructionalist policies. I should also like to know why you attempt to use my title without appointment." Miranda Ash, Secretary of State for Education and Culture |

Message | Using your formal title was never meant, Grace S. Lough is the LUC's Education and Culture Minister. Means she sets the parties direction on this important. For a nation coming out of a recession and defict paying a certain amount of tuition for EVERYONE is irresponsible and the Unionists know it. Why should the government pay for those who can well afford univeristy costs. And our proposal for Univerity is simply to not let private institutions self regulate. What is the thought process behind that? The idea that we would run the education of Solentian children with bare bones spending is ridiculous. -Supreme President of Solentia, Chancellor Mika Murran |

Message | Only the Unionist would gather a rally to "save our schools" when this is a bill that will actually save our schools. |

Date | 03:44:14, September 09, 2011 CET | From | Federal Independent Party | To | Debating the Coalition for the Future - Higher Education |
Message | Why is this government wishing to do away with public higher education sources and replace it solely with private? This is yet another veiled attempt to begin transforming Solentia into a elitist bourgeoisie paradise. I am constantly confused by how the LUC can refer to itself as a party with liberal credentials. Public education and subsidization of the education system for students is inherently a liberal policy. FIP Senator Lorenzo Cardeau |
Date | 04:39:37, September 09, 2011 CET | From | United Liberal Caucus | To | Debating the Coalition for the Future - Higher Education |
Message | This bill is not getting ride of public education, simply regulating private. And proud liberals stand for a governmental safety net. One that help and promted those least able to help themselves. NOT for covering everyone, including those who can easily afford it by themselves. To even question the LUC's liberal credentials is absurd. -Grace S. Lough Solentian Education Minister -Sayu Niita Solentian Health and Human Services Minister |
Date | 14:05:06, September 09, 2011 CET | From | Coalition for National Unity [CNU] | To | Debating the Coalition for the Future - Higher Education |
Message | "I think the students have given you an indication of your 'credentials' in Higher Education policy." Miranda Ash, Former Education Secretary Unionist Education Spokesman |
Date | 16:29:45, September 09, 2011 CET | From | Federal Independent Party | To | Debating the Coalition for the Future - Higher Education |
Message | If this bill allows for public education, where is it in the wording? All I see is a mention of private institutions. The current law allows both public and private. The Minister of Education doesn't even understand education policy, how saddening. FIP Senator Lorenzo Cardeau |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
