At the request of the legitimate Jakanian government, the Government of Sultan Syed I, the Secretary of the Empire of Kafuristan and the Minister of Defence propose to send an intervention force to help end the popular insurrection against the legitimate government of Syed i. The purpose of the mission, now designated as Kafuri Military Intervention Force Jakania or KaMIFJa, is peace enforcement and peacekeeping in the Jakanian Empire, to put down any and all pockets of resistance against the government of Syed I.

The Ministry of Defence proposes to send the following units:

Abadi Royal Guards (ARG):

- 1st ARG Division "Black Devils"; 15,000 troops and 20 tanks
- 4th ARG Division "Hammer and Anvil"; 15,000 troops and 20 tanks
- 8th ARG Division "Swords of Akim"; 15,000 troops and 30 tanks

Royal Kafuri Airforce:

- 1st Squadron: 10 aircraft, Type AK-6
- 2nd Squadron: 10 aircraft, Type Mu-12

The total ammount of troops deployed would be 45,000 troops, 70 tanks and 20 aircraft (excluding support units).
