Details
Submitted by[?]: Chann National Party (CNP)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 3187
Description[?]:
An act to reform government stance on various infrastructure issues in order to provide an environment in which goods and services can serve more effectively and efficiently, thereby contributing to the growth of the economy. Nuclear Power is the most efficient source of energy available to us and contrary to what some might say, can be a safe and sustainable source of energy as well as a boost to the economy in terms of decreasing our dependency on foreign sources of energy as well as providing jobs to the Solentian people. Contracting public works initiatives and working alongside private companies will give a boost to the private sector (where most jobs are created) and will create jobs for the Solentian People. This also devolves federal responsibility so that the cost of running government is lowered since we do not have to run a separate public works bureaucracy. |

Message | Labour worked damn hard to bring about the government's current public works policy. We will not vote to end it. As for nuclear energy, I am supportive, although you will find that the other parties will oppose, just as they opposed my bill earlier. Senator Schroeder |
