WHEREAS international trade is the bedrock of our economy, and WHEREAS the current state of the economy requires external investment to help Kirlawa rejoin the world's economy, and WHEREAS trade encourages immigration, and WHEREAS our current citizenship policies prevent the children of immigrants from becoming citizens, thus discouraging immigration, THEREFORE do we enact this Bill into Law to encourage foreign investment. |
