| Currently Deltaria ignores illegal aliens leaving the provinces and Federal Government to foot the bill for their unlawful immigration. We propose allowing the provinces to deal with this problem if they see fit to do so. This will benefit the entire nation by curbing the problem in places where it is most severe |
