MessageWell, apparantly I'll have to repropose this at a later time including more specificiations and benefits, and perhaps a second proposal to it. Maybe then more people will vote yes. Until then, I admit this battle is lost. It needs revising...

*It helps keep track of immigrants.
*It helps with welfare benefits by making it easier to keep track of people.
*It is entirely voluntary, meaning nobody's forced to use the system if it doesn't work.
*Something voluntary doesn't take away freedoms, it adds an additional freedom to choose!
