The Confederated Regions of Aloria should issue voluntary ID cards to those who wish to have them. This could increase security of the nation without infringing on civil rights by forcing everyone to have ID cards. |

Message | However, hear my arguments: *It helps keep track of immigrants. *It helps with welfare benefits by making it easier to keep track of people. *It is entirely voluntary, meaning nobody's forced to use the system if it doesn't work. *Something voluntary doesn't take away freedoms, it adds an additional freedom to choose! |
