The Republican Party of Rutania hereby submits a bill which would re-establish the political stability within the the nation. - The proposals Regarding certain legislations, this bill will: 1. Require the legislature to obtain 2/3 of the parliament to vote in favor of passing a legislation which would disrupt the administrative board of a party. 2. Require the legislature to obtain 2/3 of the parliament to vote in favor of passing a legislation which would impose a sanction against a party. Regarding the executive powers, this bill will: 3. Halt the ongoing military activities engaged by the parties. 4. Re-establish the complete separation of the judicial branch and the executive branch. These measures will settle the continuous conflict among the parties and firmly establish a stability in the parliament. This bill will require 1/2 of the parliament to vote in favor to pass. |
