Message | No, because of the workers and strikes! |
Date | 05:27:50, March 22, 2012 CET | From | United Vorona Party | To | Debating the Economic Liberalisation Act 3276 |
Message | While United Vorona does not have a vote at this time, we oppose this bill for the following reasons: Article 5, as the VCP pointed out, hardly liberalizes the economy, but rather makes it more difficult for employers and businesses to maintain a stable work force and operate efficiently. Article 4 is a dangerous amendment that would put Voronan investors at the mercy of the honesty of publicly traded companies. While the UVP agrees that stock markets are important components of a modern economy, lifting all regulations is dangerous. Article 1 is also problematic. While the UVP feels that regulation on advertising should be minimal, it still must abide by certain standards of honesty and decency. The UVP supports Articles 2 and 3. |
