Bill: Activation of Kafuri Nuclear Stockpile & High-Alert Status

Details

Submitted by[?]: al-'Aqrab al-Aswad al-Tahalof

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 3334

Description[?]:

The Badaran government has activated their nuclear and biological weapons and appears fully ready to use them. A motion towards peace has been offered, but until the matter is fully discussed with coalition allies, we must place ourselves on high alert and activate our own nuclear stockpile.

There are no intentions to use the weapons unless the Badarans use theirs first. This is a cautionary measure.

Peace may occur before any of this becomes meaningful.
