| WHEREAS (1) Recent governments of the Likatonjas Republika have made claims and threats to nations bordering the Republic (2) Recent governments of the Likatonjas Republika have made claims to land which is not Likatonian and is a direct threat to those nations' sovereignty (3) Recent governments have made discussion or threats regarding the "Greater Likatonia" THEREFORE --------------------------------- ARTICLE 1: SHORT TITLE (1) This Act may be referred to as the Withdrawal of Claims Act, 3339 --------------------------------- ARTICLE 2: WITHDRAWAL OF CLAIMS (1) The Likatonjas Republika formely withdraws all claims to the landmasses of Keymon (wrongfully titled 'Western Meria') (2) The Likatonjas Republika formely withdraws all claims to the landmasses of Telamon or any other nation wrongfully mentionned in the Greater Likatonia ploy ------------------------------------ ARTICLE 3: RESPECT OF SOVEREIGNTY (1) The Likatonjas Republika solemnly swears to respect the sovereignty of Keymon, Telamon and all nations of Terra (2) The Likatonjas Republika will only violate another nation's sovereignty if that nation is a direct and present threat to Likatons or the people of Likatonia (3) The Likatonjas Republika will only violate another nation's sovereignty if there is hostile action to the Republic and/or its allies |
