The bloated state apparatus funded by tax money should be downsized, and the ensuing revenue shall be utilized for giving tax cuts to businesses in order to stimulate job creation and growth. We therefore propose these privatization measures.

However, article 2 is purely proposed because of the GNP's ideological positions, and I would go as far as saying there is no solid reason as to why that article was proposed other than for ideological ones. It's not as if the current state position is straining the national treasury or such, it's actually quite beneficial for many people and changing this law could have very negative consequences, although not 'nation-threatening' consequences.

Nevertheless, this is not really a focal point for PAC, and PAC wouldn't protest a change to this law.

PAC would only agree with article 3 if there is some regulation, which would be determined later. And PAC feels similar with article 4. PAC would only accept this change if the law makes it so that the state fully subsidies this housing."
