| CONSIDERING: 'Alleged' capitalist goals of 'Freedom' and Al'Democraty; The need to open our boarders and our wallets to heal the pain of international political turmoil; Royal Red's tiredness of attempts at title changes, RECOGNIZING: The importance of small, privately owned banks in the various distinct regions of Al'Badara; PROPOSES: To allow foreign investment in Al'Badaran business; To allow for the private ownership of exotic animals with regulation; To increase sales tax on essential goods by 1% to offset the high cost of dairy; To promote the continuation of foreign investment of Al'Badaran's elite businesses; To allow small, private clinics for the promotion of health in areas where access is too costly for governmental clinics and entrepreneurship. |

| Message | We are happy with 3 and 4 and support these measures. However article 1 does not go far enough. We want a fully privatised banking sector, which we will be putting forward shortly and in addition we do not support any sales tax on essential goods. Why increase the costs to the people and sales taxes in this nature distort the market. |
