Bill: Governmental Stability Act (3362)

Details

Submitted by[?]: United Badara - Queranzist Brotherhood

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 3363

Description[?]:

For more than a decade our parliament has been plagued by endless attempts to form governments. The organizations primarily responsible not only are admitted terrorists, but also consistently lack the needed votes to form governments. Despite this fact, they continue to make proposals and clog the floor of parliament.

Restrictions must be made on the proposals of government coalitions. As long as the opposition can hog the floor of parliament with endless cabinet discussions, our government cannot be fully stable.

MessageWe support this bill, we would also like to add that if the biggest party cannot form a government new elections are called or a caretaker government must be appointed.

MessageRight now, the FBA votes no when the largest party proposes a cabinet.
What difference does it make if the Vanguards vote no when they're not the largest. Its what you are doing.

MessageThe Society will not simply vote "no" unless it is entirely left out, much like the FBA always has. One should remember how The Society proposed no cabinets in its history which had it as Head of Government.

The FBA always demands this position. We have offered compromise. Gosh, it was only a few months ago, FBA that we offered and were rejected by Freedom with this bill:

YOU EVEN SAID: Full support for this cabinet who Express the Badaran Street we appreciate Society for that move and wish more good Bills like those.

And then Freedom said no.
And you became a terrorist.

YOU AREN'T MAKING YOURSELF VERY POPULAR

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically

Random quote: "If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." - George W. Bush
