| Titles are property which can be handed down from person to person or given to anothter. THe traditional monarchy, known for it;'s good works and for not interfering with teh properly run government of Kalistan shall be restored. Those who hold titles, will have the power to pass those titles along to whomever they see fit. Anyone can also become a noble by filling out a form, registering a coat of arms, and then, optionally, appending -Ananto to -(any other recognized noble name) to their name. |
