| WE PROPOSE This again. WE MAKE CLEAR That the sale of recreation drugs such as opium can occur if they are sold to foreigners. Who cares if their productivity is compromised? They do not have a healthy respect for the State anyway. AND WE HAVE Resolved a misunderstanding regarding industrial hemp. |

Current: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased and consumed anywhere, but only by adults.
Proposed: The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is outlawed.

Old value:: There are no laws regulating what citizens can put into their bodies.
Current: The use of cannabis is legal.
Proposed: Recreational drug use is forbidden.
