Bill: Dawn of a New Unity

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hausu Serujaku-Rabuzubāgu

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 3386

Description[?]:

A new era has dawned in Dovani, the young working people of Hulstria have repented of the sins of their forefathers and allowed us Gao-Showan Nationalists, only 30% of the population at least, to gain repeated electoral victories against the reactionary parties. This is a democratic revolution bore of hope and forgiveness, and cannot be stopped. The passion for social justice of the young and open-minded Hulstrian worker is the source of this change. In their name, we declare a new inclusive socialist society in Hulstria, which will finally grant justice to the Gao-Showan!

1) In this act, we declare that all citizens of proven Gao-Sotoian descent in the colonies are now officially granted full citizenship and right of return. (OCC: This is the only way to justify an demographic shift towards Gao-Showans that isn't completely arbitrary.)

2) In this act, we declare that any citizen of foreign countries who can prove Gao-Sotoian descent also have right of return.

3) In this act, we declare that all the colonies will be allowed referendums on independence at a indefinite time in the future.

4) In this act, we declare Greater Hulstria officially replaced by the Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria and Gao-Soto. Upon the passing of this bill, this nation is named the "Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria and Gao-Soto."

5) In this act, we declare Kaiser Klaus Gustav VI of Hulstria Tenno Gustav Klaus Gustav I of Gao-Soto.

MessageWe invoke the ancient rites of party discipline upon the radicals. Until Konstantin Kai is formerly replaced as leader at a party conclave, the Shin Gekokujo members must obey us, even if they have majority within the party.

MessageThe National Alliance consider it a reasonable start for the restoration of our great civilisation of the Gao-Showan people in general, and Kunihito in particular. It should not be the end of it, though, as in order to fully restore the glory of our people, more radical, as in reaching for the root of the problem and the systematic cultural oppression, solutions must be implemented!

MessageIf anyone is doing the oppressing it is the radical Gao-Showans who seek nothing but to "restore" a brutal regime upon the free people of the Imperial Crownlands. These parties are ignoring Hulstria's history so that they can blindly enact these resolutions and whip the people into a new slavery. If these parties think that the FGP will stay silent while they try to change this country into something it is not then they are poorly mistaken.

MessageSaid "free people of the Imperial Crownlands" are deprived of the freedom to enjoy pornography, prostitution, and a majority of the recreational drugs, to name a few. We fails to see how the Gao-Showan states the majority of my coalition is as "brutal" as the current Hustrian one, let alone being more brutal than it.

As the moderation verdict goes, we are not entirely allowed to change the cultural protocol in this case, so the Gao-Showan people will continue to take only 13% of the population. RP regarding it is also not permitted since we obviously do not have an unanimity. However, since we still have a supermajority seat-wise, we are still allowed to change the remaining part, so I guess it is basically the same in the grand scheme of things.

MessageOOC: That is fine. It turns out that the mods messed up about the numbers as well, since 2/3 players would be 67% in terms of percentage, while 3/5 players would be 60%, so we need to have 4 players to change it, or somehow conjure a 6th player who agree with our plot.
