Message | We are of course staunchly against compulsory service. We do agree 16 is a little young for adult-hood. However, 19is a bit old, how about 17 or 18? Whatever the age is should be the same as the minimum age for military service and for alcohol consumption. Kinda funny, I was in Austin, TX a couple weeks ago and met up with a Freind of mine who is in the army, though getting out soon. He brought along his roommate who is 20 and has served a tour of duity in Iraq. He was old enough to go fight in Iraq but he had to order a Sprite with his burglar in Austin. How dumb is that? |
